: الأخلاق قبل القوانين

القانون ينظم السلوك.
لكن الأخلاق تهذّب الضمير.
القانون يراقب الظاهر.
والأخلاق تحكم الباطن.
لا يكفي وجود قوانين.
إذا غاب الضمير الإنساني.
الأخلاق تُعلَّم بالمثال.
لا بالخطب والشعارات.
السلوك اليومي هو المعيار.
وليس الكلام المنمق.
المجتمع الأخلاقي متماسك.
حتى في أوقات الأزمات.
والفساد يبدأ صغيرًا.
حين تُبرَّر الأخطاء.
الأخلاق قوة ناعمة.
تحمي الدول من الداخل.
وتصنع الاحترام.
وتبني الثقة.
ومن ضيّع أخلاقه.
فقد أساسه.

Laws regulate behavior.
But morals shape conscience.
Law controls the visible.
Morals govern the unseen.
Laws alone are not enough.
If conscience is absent.
Morals are taught by example.
Not by speeches or slogans.
Daily behavior is the measure.
Not polished words.
A moral society is resilient.
Even in times of crisis.
Corruption starts small.
When mistakes are justified.
Morals are soft power.
They protect nations internally.
They create respect.
And build trust.
Whoever loses morals.
Loses the foundation
